Founded in 1978, the company was renamed DEBRAQCO in 2007 under its current management. From that point onward, DEBRAQCO began distributing high-quality wood products for construction and decoration, including hardwood flooring, decking, and film-coated plywood under the private label Neuer Wald, produced under company supervision in Brazil and Malaysia. 

The severe financial crisis in 2009 hit many of its clients hard, prompting DEBRAQCO to realign its product strategy. Since then, the company has strategically diversified its business into new segments, achieving impressive and rapid growth.
